Ghouleon Concept 1

Okay, so I'm still not satisfied with this Ghost evolution of Eevee, "Ghouleon", but compared to my first version, its one hell of an improvement, so I thought I'd post it until I can accomplish a truly spectacular representation of this idea.

I'll add more in about this poke'mon later.~

FIRST stage of the concept for Ghouleon. Looks too much like grape sherbet ice cream to me. Bunch of awkward parts too. xP
